Product Specialist Content (Industry-led)

The Product Specialist Content plays a critical role in identifying Content opportunities and driving up-/cross-sell dealswithin a dedicated set of existing enterprise customers of AEM. The role requires an individual to take a consultative selling approach to drive additional value in a complex software environment and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will need to thrive in an agile, fast paced environment and your ability to collaborate with different parts of the Adobe ecosystem will be key to your success. Specialists support the development of business case and alignment to the One Adobe story.

What you’ll do

·       Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with top decision-makers at C-levels and at different levels across the customer organization

·       Work to understand the customer’s current and future needs, propose Content solutions and win AEM deals

·       Leverage different parts of the ecosystem (internal resources and partners) to deliver value and insight to the customer

·       Support and drive comprehensive account sales strategies

·       Prepare sales plans with Senior management; assist company growth by successfully executing on those plans

·       Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and account plans on an ongoing basis

What your Primary Accountabilities will be

·       Meet or exceed quota for assigned account- and solution set

·       Deliver bookings / revenue across the full  Content solution family

·       Develop and close pipeline by addressing the whitespace and via up- and cross-sell.

·       Value proposition for respective solutions both internally and to customers.

·       Work cross-functionally with other members of team to ensure that customers are aware of full capabilities of Adobe’s solution family and uncover cross-sell opportunities

What you need to succeed

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior and board level clients

·       Able to remain focused and drive action in a fast-paced, complex environment

·       Success of working with diverse teams to drive revenue and create an excellent customer experience

·       Excellent networking ability

·       Proactive, tenacious, and organized approach

·       Experience in software consulting, presales or sales is desirable – ideally in content management sector

·       BA degree, or equivalent

·       Fluency in German (full professional proficiency) and English are a must
