The Opportunity

Do you want to help Adobe enable Creativity for All? The Creative Cloud Express (CCX) Growth team is an ambitious Product-Led Growth effort that functions as a startup within Adobe to build outstanding, next generation experiences on web and in mobile apps. You will build an end-to-end understanding of the customer experience and then act on opportunities through rapid iterative testing with a growth mindset and spirit.

 

As a passionate advocate for the customer, your mantra is to remove friction and challenge mental models in order to deliver significant improvements to the user experience. You are a testing machine, and every time you hear a great test idea you think about how to productize it into the customer experience.

 

You will work closely with Growth Product Management to identify opportunities and develop experiences in-market to test hypotheses and deliver in-quarter impact. To do this, you will partner with CCX engineering, design, research, data, and marketing teams to implement with precision and approach and solve problems strategically. Product-Led Growth governs this approach: test, learn, iterate, with in-product experiences as the focus.

 

What you’ll Do

You will develop and lead testing strategies, including charter development, owning the mechanics of the test, and owning execution for in-product test experiences.
Work closely with core product managers and influence product and business model strategies.
Develop and drive growth experiments that have a significant impact on how new users across target markets in EMEA engage with the CCX product on web and across mobile apps.
Master usage analytics, cohort analysis, support data, and marketing data to refine the testing strategy. Work effectively with cross functional teams to align on product roadmap, experiment schedules, resourcing and metrics.
Regularly connect with customers to identify customer needs and requirements. Synthesize findings into hypotheses to build growth experiments.
Self-starter with ability to reach across organizations (Marketing, Product, LCM) to build a copacetic customer engagement experience.
Present findings and prepare strategy recommendations regularly for leadership.
What you need to succeed

At least 2 years of Technical Product Management or product testing experience with an emphasis on testing and responsibilities driving in-product user engagement.
An ability to understand the pro’s and con’s of each component of the testing tech stack (internal/external) at our disposal for research and experimentation: Test & Target, Braze, Amplitude, Hadoop, in-product user segmentation (Experimentation Engine – testing platform).
A discipline to compose technical documentation on software, best practices, and processes as the team evolves and as results come in.
Proven ability to harness technology for personalization at scale: using APIs, machine-learning models, cross-platform experiences, and behavioral data to drive growth.
Bilingual German and English.
