Job Description- This role resides within the Digital Media GTM & Sales business organization. The role of the BD Manager is to develop, maintain, and continually grow a partnership ecosystem in the European region (EMEA) that will drive B2C and B2B sales revenue targets for the Adobe Document Cloud and Creative Cloud SaaS business. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in hi-tech, a history of growing existing partnerships & developing new ones, negotiating & launching sales/marketing agreements, and working with cross-org collaborators, including product management, marketing, finance and operations. This position will need to draw on your excellent interpersonal skills (multi-lingual a plus), your ability to multi-task and perform, your “can-do” demeanor and ability to work in a team environment to garner success.

 

Responsibilities

Lead and grow existing partnerships
Identify and develop new business models, market opportunities and channels to extend Adobe’s market reach
Build a sales pipeline to uncover and sign-up new partners
Lead contract discussions and close agreements
Drive consensus and development of co-marketing plans across internal teams and with partners to drive campaign launches and drive measurable results
Participate in weekly, quarterly and annual planning and analysis to prioritize partnerships return on investment, optimize campaigns and forecast partner sales pipeline.
Requirements

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of combined Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) SaaS experience at leading high-tech companies in a business development or sales role
Experience with prospecting for partners in new markets
Successful record of working with many teams within a partner to drive sales growth
Experience negotiating, closing, and leading large and sophisticated contractual agreements
Validated, tangible results in Sales and/or Business Development
Outstanding at execution, organized self-starter
Creative and a strategic problem solver with ability to conceive new business models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and other productivity software
