The Challenge

We need extremely focused, well organized new business sales executive to help drive considerable growth for the Substance 3D Collection with our Enterprise customers. We are looking for an individual that will win and close opportunities within new customers and to grow our footprint within existing customers.

Adopting an Omnichannel approach, collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success Managers and other functions across the organization is essential for success.


What You’ll Do

Drive revenue for Substance 3D from both existing Enterprise customers and net new business across the UK Market.
Develop and execute the sales strategy with Enterprise customers and engage in key opportunities by providing product and industries expertise
Manage deals from the discovery meeting until the closing
Build strong and trusted relationships with both the customers as well as Adobe’s internal business units to drive qualified pipelines;
Submit accurate forecast to senior management and assist in business planning and sales play development
Enhance the corporate reputation and visibility in the region through promotion of Substance 3D products and technical expertise.
What You Need to Succeed

5+ years track record of IT sales experience (preferably in selling 3D software) with proven record of achieving/exceeding sales quota and market share goals
Skilled solution seller with proven ability to identify, cultivate and close deals in new markets
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment
Ability to learn new knowledge quickly
Highly motivated and proactive
Market research and industry consulting experience is preferred
