The Adobe Client Partner Manager is a full-time role that manages a high performing Client Partner (CP) team, comprising market strategy, quota assignment, pipeline management, bookings, revenue and service delivery.  The CP Manager will coach and mentor the CP team to earn the role of trusted advisor through their work and the work of the Adobe Professional Services delivery teams. This leadership role will require working across a matrixed organization to partner closely with License Sales, Operations, Solution Consulting and Consulting Delivery teams to deliver on the KPI’s as well as providing a world class customer experience.


You will lead your team to create new and exciting digital experiences for their customers and their business, and in doing so change their world.  Your team will be responsible for the lifecycle of their client’s Adobe Customer Experience.  From early lifecycle cultivation of senior relationships and creation of need and mutual opportunity, all the way through to bringing those opportunities to life and reality for our customers delivering value and business outcomes. What you’ll do:

Ability to successfully lead 4-5 Client Partners across different verticals against Key Performance Metrics (KPI’s), including:retirement of annual personal & team quotas for services bookings
drive consumption of the bookings to deliver revenue which exceeds set targets
Coach and develop the CP team during the evolution from implementation to business-critical service delivery, with a client centric mindset
Directly & indirectly bring multiple complex sales cycles to a quarterly close
Customer facing, with the ability to tell and sell the Adobe story at an executive level
Understand the difference between strategic and tactical engagement in a customer’s environment; ability to lead and support the team through both approaches where appropriate
Develop and execute strategy to partner with Partners/SI’s while delivering Adobe outcomes.
Drive rigorous sales hygiene to forecasting process within 5% variance
Demonstrate a disciplined operational approach for territory, account, opportunity & close plans
Directly own your own senior relationships within CP led clients which means:deepening the client relationship.
building innovative visions for our client’s use of Adobe Digital Marketing technologies.
ensuring an outstanding delivery to the client by overseeing all delivery engagements with your team
ensure we deliver business outcomes and value creation in our engagements
Work with your team to create and execute account plans to grow the relationship footprint as a mechanism to:Frame the Adobe opportunity in the context of a deep understanding of the current and future state of the client’s sector and business needs.
Ensure we achieve our business objectives.

What you need to succeed:

Experienced in running and developing a P&L based professional services business.
A passionate thought leader with a point of view on Digital Transformation.
Proven deep cross industry expertise in leading Digital Transformation engagements
Self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success and delivering a world class customer experience both internally and externally.
Strong executive presence, ability to interact and communicate for impact with all levels of an organisation both internally and externally, including business and technical.
Creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills required.
Ability to travel up to 60% to attend customer calls, mentor and coach team members, client interactions, and drive a sense of urgency to achieve close date commitments.
Prior sales leadership experience with Consulting in a software company is preferred.
Demonstrated consistent YoY quota overachievement.
Demonstrated ability to establish and operate a structured team forecasting process
Possess strong solution sales and consulting business development with demonstrated ability to close business
Ability to collaborate with Adobe software sales to build and execute territory and account strategies.
Ability to work across a matrixed organization to resolve client and sales challenges
Excellent team building expertise
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, integrity, leadership ability and executive presence.
Education and experience:

Candidates should have a university degree or equivalent.
At least 10 years experiences in selling and/or delivering professional services or experience within field relevant to technology delivery success. Previous Client Partner experience is advantageous.
