As a member of our exceptional Go-to-Market Analytics team you will derive data-based insights and develop strategies to address non-professional creatives across the Adobe portfolio. As a part of this, you’ll be combining dispersed data sources, studying customer behavior to find opportunities, and prioritizing the initiatives aimed at making Photoshop a tool of choice. The scope involves selecting countries, audiences and their journeys throughout the Adobe digital properties with the goal of improving the end-to-end customer experience. From identifying customers’ creative needs, through guiding them on their path to discover solutions, to “try” or “buy” on Adobe.com, and successful value realization thereafter, the entire landscape is your treasure map!
This is a hyper-critical role within the Digital Media Go-To-Market organization. As projects and initiatives are identified, this individual will work with GTM managers, Product Managers, Regional Growth Teams, and other research and analytics teams to measure performance and facilitate retrospectives with them.
The GTM organization provides business-critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and enables teams to bring critical initiatives to market. We stay focused on aligning company priorities with strong day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution against it. Team members are strategic and analytical, have strong E2E project management skills, and a pragmatic sense for how to get things done quickly.
What you’ll do:
Use insights and data to advise strategies that accelerate growth and expand the use of core creative tools like Photoshop among non-professional creatives.
Share customer insights across the broader organization with the purpose of influencing product roadmaps and marketing execution.
Develop and implement measurement frameworks that draw from customer feedback, analytics, heuristics, and usability, to analyze customer behavior and provide insights to the business.
Create and implement A/B testing frameworks including hypothesis, test design and implementation plans
Work with cross functional partners and external vendors to prioritize and implement the work.
Discover, scope, and recommend opportunities to improve discoverability of premium functionality through testing and insights.
Be the EMEA-based authority on customer journey, usage patterns, and customer success KPIs that can be applied across by functional teams across Adobe.
What you need to succeed:
Curiosity about data and trends and causality!
Analytical skills with proven experience with Adobe Analytics, Hadoop, and PowerBI.
Comfortable communicating insights and findings to a broad range of collaborators, team members, and regional partners. Ability to tell data driven stories in a clear and concise narrative.
Excellent understanding of website architecture and hands on experience with key A/B testing and UX tools.
Attention to detail in planning and execution while seeing the big picture and understanding how the pieces fit together and affect one another.
Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect other regions and projects — “connecting the dots.”
Exceptional people and communication skills, ability to work well with team members and in cross-functional situations, and consistent record of influencing others.
Customer-first orientation, with global experience working with different audiences, countries, and customer segments.
Shown success in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating, and adapting to shifting priorities.
BS/BA with significant experience in one or more of the following: analytics, ecommerce, software, high tech.
Outstanding sense of humor.
