We are looking for a product marketer to unlock the magic of Adobe’s non-pro content creation family of products targeted at social media marketers, entrepreneurs, and SMBs (Adobe Creative Cloud Express). You will be responsible for driving product marketing strategy and execution across core creation capabilities in-market and over the multi-year horizon, specifically for our UK audiences.

 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media content creation trends, video creation, empowering small business entrepreneurs, and be able to demonstrate the ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

 

 

The Product Marketing Manager is specifically responsible for:

 

Developing a deep understanding of the UK and EMEA customer landscape, our target customer segments, and their needs, and will be the voice of the UK customer and their biggest advocate with Product Management and the broader organisation
Working with Corporate Product Marketing teams on refining the positioning and messaging of the product within the broader UK market landscape
Establishing direct customer relationships and partner with the International
Product team to share customer and market insights that will influence product requirements for the UK audience
Driving the UK product and marketing culturalisation strategy in close collaboration with Corporate Marketing, Product Development, SEO, and EMEA Campaign Marketing
Bringing together the marketing plan for the region, working with channel owners across Campaign, Community, Social, SEO, Lifecycle, and Paid Media
Identifying partners (marketing or product) relevant to the region that will help us tap into new audiences or provide additional value to the target audience
Defining and tracking KPIs specific to the local market and EMEA region with weekly reporting to EMEA Leadership team
Representing the user’s voice and framing of the local market, customer and business insights to product, GTM and Corporate marketing teams to influence short- and long-term product strategies and roadmap, the marketing plan and GTM execution in regions.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

 

Self-starter and proactive leader with proven product marketing experience, ideally from a technology company
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
Has worked with or marketed to Entrepreneurs and Small-Medium Business audiences
Understanding of social media market trends and competitive landscape
Experience working with market researchers and translating insights into measurable strategies
Demonstrates strong analytical skills to identify, analyse, and use data to inform a recommendation
Excellent verbal and written communicator
Passion for creativity and empowering the creator in all of us
Able to work well in the face of ambiguity in a matrix organisation
Executive presence and excellent communication skills
Strong relationship building and influence skills across functions
Capability to identify problems without precedent and bias for action to address them
