CHANNEL MARKETING EDUCATION MANAGER
The challenge
As automation and machine-learning impact the future of work, it is imperative that the next generation are digital literate and have creativity and creative problem-solving skills to help prepare them for jobs that don’t yet exist.
We are looking for a high energy, self driven Field B2B Marketing Specialist for the Education market with prior success working to support field partners (Resellers and Distributors) to position and sell to schools and Universities.
This role will work on Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud portfolio, driving impact on Adobe’s partner business growth in Education across EMEA region with specific focus in students access to Adobe’s tool.
The Field Marketing Specialist for Education will be part of the new unfied Enterprise and Channel Education team reporting into the global Education organisation.
To be successful in this role will work closely with the other members of the cross-functional channel organization, including enablement, partner program, channel operation, as well as with Education Global marketing team, Product Marketing and Go To market to transform what is provided into scalable and replicable activities that partners in the region can execute.
On the other hand, the role will collect feedback from partners, markets, and the sales team to provide insights and needs to the global team
What you’ll do
Be the single point of contact for the specific education marketing channel needs across the region
Partner with the wider cross-functional team to be sure that channel partners have anything they need to drive growth sales
Build strong relationship with the different stakeholders (internal and external) in the cross-functional channel marketing team to increase partners mindshare and to bring education narrative/actions embedded into the wider channel initiatives
Work with Global marketing education team to made their inititative relevant for partners
Collaborate with education channel sales team in driving partners’ marketing activities towards highest ROI and scale, supporting them to increase market demands
Manage, track, and report partner’s marketing funds budget in collaboration with channel sales team, to be sure we have the market demand necessary to reach our sales goals
Report to the leadership an aggregated view of EMEA channel marketing initiatives tracking the progression and the results
Support in tracking marketing leads to opportunity creation to ensure measurement of marketing impact
What you need to succeed
5 years experience in B2B channel marketing
Business fluent English skills, other European language is a plus
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Proactive and ability to move quickly and efficiently to achieve strong results
You excel at building relationships and gaining buy-in for your plans and initiatives across a mix of stakeholders
You are an exceptional communicator, understanding what information needs to be delivered when and how depending on the nature of the internal audience, and know how to deliver that information in visually compelling ways
You enjoy being part of an extended virtual team with a variety of different stakeholders and balancing their different short- and long-term priorities
You have experience in marketing and/or selling into the Education sector and an understanding on different EMEA country specificties
