Role description
The Customer Marketing Manager is an exciting new role sitting within our Customer Marketing team. This role presents a huge opportunity to lead customer marketing programmes for the central regions, focused on driving adoption and retention within large customers accounts. This person will also be the in region lead for executive engagements, collaborating closely with field marketing, sales and the regional MD.

 

Key Responsibilities
· Create and implement customer centric campaigns that represent each stage of the customer journey (post-sale) from implementation to maturity

· Develop strategies and programs for key customer segments that advise, educate, and delight our most valuable customers – and drive adoption, retention and loyalty

· Establish strong relationships with account teams and customers to understand local needs

· Cultivate a deep understanding of use cases amongst accounts

· Work closely with product marketing to develop campaign messaging that resonates with the customer

· Grow the customer community through on and offline engagements and identify advocates within accounts

· Be the lead for planning and execution of the executive engagement programmes across region

· Ensure appropriate communication and collaboration with key team members from planning through to results across all customer programs

· Evaluate, measure, and report on strategic effectiveness and return on investment of all customer marketing activities.

 

What you need to Succeed
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline required

· Minimum 5+ year’s experience in a customer marketing role

· Background in B2B marketing, preferably in tech

· Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals in an automated closed-loop environment

· Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness and ROI

· Passion and skill for partnering with cross-functional teams and customers

· Confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented attitude

· Superior interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

· Self-motivated with ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast -paced environment.
