What does your job look like?

As a Solution Consultant, you are a member of the Adobe Sales organization in a presale’s role. The Solution Consulting team supports our direct sales organization by demonstrating and pointing out the value of Adobe and our solutions.

As an Account SC for our Adobe Experience Platform, you are assigned to a dedicated set of our biggest customers, supporting the sales teams on how to improve the benefit for our clients.

Acting as a trusted advisor for the customer, you are responsible first to understand their business needs, their company goals, and the landscape of their organization and translate this into specific solutions and reliable business cases that will help the customer pursue and achieve their financial targets.

You are an authority when it comes to everything around digital marketing.

Customer data platforms and profiles, data activation, content and Omni-channel journey management are not just buzzwords for you, the related use cases and value realization for your customers are your home turf.

You have a solid understanding of digital marketing technologies that helps you to position the Adobe Experience solutions at customers across various industries.

Ideally, you will blend a technical and digital marketing background with a good eye for presentation and compelling software demonstrations. Of course, you are also confident to discuss our solutions and technology with both Marketing and IT executives at all levels.


What we expect from you:

Exceptional presentation skills, conversational skills, and client-facing experience as a trusted advisor for the practitioner as well as C-level counterparts
Authority in building and presenting use cases and value propositions.
Strong ability to identify the critical business issues that customers are facing and provide solutions
Ability to position valuable contributions to technical features
Expertise with solution selling approaches and benefits
Familiarity with business objectives of big corporations (DAX 30)
Ability to conduct and complete customer workshops
Self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer success
Strong verbal and writing skills in English & German at a business level
Ability to travel throughout Central European Region
Your experience:

Validated experience in a pre-sales or business consulting environment.
Expertise with SaaS and cloud-based technologies and their implications.
Experienced with demonstrations of software solutions to customer’s requirements and benefits.
Experience in creating online strategies and digital agendas.
A good understanding of digital technologies in general e.g., web, mobile, CRM, media destinations, email, onsite personalization, IoT
(Ideally) experience with customer data platforms, data management, data activation technologies (media, email, onsite, etc.)
(Ideally) experience from working with the Adobe Experience Cloud or at least one of its solutions
