We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager of Professional Services (PS) Strategic partnerships to join our Professional Services Sales Team based in Paris.

The Manager of PS Strategic partnerships for the Western region will effectively partner with country sales teams and leaders to drive impactful professional services partnership across large scale opportunities. This role will report to the Snr Dir, Professional Services Sales and partner closely across the sales ecosystem ensuring PS can translate the strategic vision created by DSG and SPP teams into the ‘how’ when it comes to large scale opportunities. Early involvement in deal cycles will be critical to success and this role will ensure PS are early stage thought partners to reduce reactive involvement later in the sales cycle. This role is responsible for ensuring that PS resources are deployed effectively across all relevant sales stages to ensure high quality talent can positively impact transformational deals. While this role will lead PS strategic partnerships predominantly for Western region (France, Italy, Spain, Benelux, Nordics), it will also build out the PS SP engagement and operating model across EMEA, ensuring thought leadership, consistency of practice and resource deployment are in place.

What You’ll Do

Deploy thought leadership to build out a programmatic PS strategic partnerships approach and work to leverage PS resources to win the biggest deals
Ensure resources are deployed in a high impact manner; either in early sales stages for initial nurture, positioning + POVs, or in later sales stages for high quality delivery plans PS involvement in SPP deals to position the ‘how’ and accelerate deal velocity, including, multi-year plans for scaling technology, operating models & change management, adoption and enablement programs and best practices to drive maturity and value realisation
Prescriptive delivery POVs, recommendations and roadmaps based on solution & industry best practice
Ensure customer and partner readiness for implementation, sharing of best practices and activities for fast technology go live
Work in close partnership with SPP team to ensure visibility of pipeline, dashboards and regular attendance in pipeline review calls
Build long-term, trusted relationships both internally and externally
Coach peers and colleagues to adapt ways of working to deliver against the PS strategic partnerships framework and appropriately leverage retrospectives to drive individual and programmatic learning

What You’ll need to Succeed

Demonstrate horizontal leadership, working closely with Adobe’s country and regional leaders and other functional areas to realise the value of Professional Services
Be considered a thought leader in the capabilities and value add of professional services with an ability to balance critical thinking and more tactical execution
Demonstrate an ability to successfully drive and embed change/transformation and diversity of thought
Have experience of working on large scale, transformative sales deals
Deep experience working with and across the C-Suite, both internally and externally
Highly collaborative and versant in successfully navigating global, matrixed environment
Demonstrated strong growth mindset that seeks to uniquely solve difficult customer challenges
Proven track record to build trust and be highly credible across all levels of organizations.
Exceptional ability to understand and evangelize ground-breaking methodologies, standard processes, and digital transformation concepts
