Solution Experience Manager – Adobe Campaign

Adobe is looking for an expert in Adobe Campaign’s advanced marketing platform

to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team with a focus on continuously improving the customer experience leveraging data insights captured across the Adobe ecosystem.

You’ll manage experience reviews to help identify pain points that fellow Digital Marketers might have with enterprise-level digital marketing solutions. You’ll build partnerships with our Data Insights & Customer Engineering teams, our Field teams, Adobe’s external and internal customers— and guide these relationships with empathy built on your experience.

What you’ll do

Using your own domain expertise and the feedback from Adobe’s customer base and internal Digital Marketing teams, you’ll run regular feedback meetings, facilitating and driving improved end-user feedback to the product teams. You’ll help identify and champion the resolution of key pain points for Adobe Campaign’s advanced marketing platform, engaging with key stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Engineering. You’ll deepen these teams’ understanding and empathy for customers by having walked in their shoes. You’ll speak their language and help develop a holistic “outside-in” enterprise view of customer experience across all of our products and channels. You’ll use various inputs, such as qualitative and quantitative studies, customer advisory boards, support, and direct interaction with customers to guide current and future product improvements. You’ll assist product and development teams in prioritizing roadmaps to serve the customer. You’ll work with customer experience leadership and senior business leaders in and across the organization to ensure appropriate measures, systems, programs, processes and tools are in place to drive an industry-leading customer experience.
