Job Responsibilities:

Identify new cultural opportunities to grow and capture greater regional search traffic
Conduct regular keyword research and analysis to optimize priority local landing pages
Perform content audits on existing SEO pages to make sure the content quality and cultural relevance is optimal
Help define and implement a strategic content roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Manage local outreach and external partnership efforts to optimize for off-site SEO
Collaborate with regional cross-team partners to improve content interlinking across all relevant content
Work with central authoring/publishing team to make updates to local landing pages
Partner with corporate team to identify and establish best SEO practices across all landing pages
Collaborate with local cross-functional teams (e.g. design, paid search, product, etc) to provide recommendations for cultural user experience optimizations to be made on local landing pages
Partner with analytics team on creating internal dashboards and reports to monitor regional SEO performance
Track and present impact of regional SEO initiatives to the broader team
Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong history of previous SEO management experience, and deep knowledge of SEO standard methodologies and concepts
Previous hands-on experience with keyword research tools in local markets (e.g. Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.)
Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication, writing, and verbal skills
Data-driven, has strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
BA/BS degree, marketing or any analytical field is a plus
French or German (both would be a plus)
Strong editorial skills for directing content
