The challenge
Our Sales team thrives being on the front lines, generating leads and prospects, selling a suite of Digital Experience services, closing deals and making money! We are looking for an energetic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and consistent record of success selling in the mar-tech solutions space to join this elite team. The ideal candidate has enterprise level software solutions sales experience and will be responsible for selling customer journey management (CJM) solutions to medium and large enterprises. The Account Executive leads sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. The Account Executive also participates in finding leads, in the development of presentations and sales propositions, negotiates contract and pricing, and manages the full sales cycle via solution selling techniques. What you’ll do
Develop and implement specific territory and account plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets via new business acquisition
Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and generate brand awareness
Maintain up-to-date on vertical trends, competitive landscapes, product, and ecosystem developments
Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques in order to influence target markets
Use data, site audits, case studies, and benchmark reports to nurture, advise, and support customers’ decision process
Source, develop, qualify, and close new and existing leads for Adobe’s Customer Journey Management (CJM) products within a defined territory
Negotiate business terms with line-of-business, senior management, C-level executives, and business owners
Develop relationships and work closely with key internal stakeholders across a matrixed organization (e.g. Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, SIs, and Services) to identify, service, and meet customer needs
Maintain professional communication with management regarding pipeline, activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities
Travel as needed to close business
Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts is a must!

What you need to succeed
Success in selling solution-based SAAS offerings, with Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies.
Expertise around CJM market is a plus
Experience in hunting for new clients in a “greenfield” context
Understanding of industry dynamics, industry challenges, related cost drivers, and customer needs
Understanding of broad competitive solution footprints for the Digital Experience marketplace is preferred
Experience with corporate sales methodologies
Be able to work with prospects to understand their business requirements and Return on Investment models
Ability to rapidly assimilate and then clearly articulate value propositions
Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources to bear at the right stage in the selling process
Be a proficient networker. Ability to develop and use relationships with senior industry leaders and key influencers.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to “win people over”.
