Product Manager – SaaS Platform

Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Manager to drive the development and goto-market success of our SaaS platform. AgeChecked provides age verification software for online providers of age restrictive goods and services. We are currently seeking a Product Manager with a background in SaaS or startup environments, with proven experience taking products from concept through market launch and iteration. You’ll be instrumental in defining our product differentiation and unique selling proposition while navigating complex stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Development 

• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with company strategic goals

• Define and prioritise product features based on customer feedback, data analysis, and market insights

• Drive the complete product lifecycle from concept through launch, delivery, and ongoing iteration

• Monitor and analyse key product metrics to measure success and inform data-driven decisions

Go-to-Market & Market Intelligence 

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities

• Attend industry conferences and events to gather market intelligence and represent the company

• Define and refine our unique selling proposition based on market positioning and customer needs

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with development, design, marketing, and sales teams

• Navigate between multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clear communication

• Collaborate with customers and prospects to validate product direction and gather feedback

• Present product vision and strategy to internal teams and external stakeholders

Product Delivery & Iteration 

• Define user stories and requirements with development teams

• Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality execution of product releases

• Lead product iteration cycles based on user feedback and market learnings

• Maintain product documentation and communicate updates across the organization

Required Qualifications Experience & Background 

• 3+ years of product management experience with SaaS products or in startup/tech environments

• Proven track record of successfully taking products to market in fast-paced environments

• Experience with complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Skills & Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate competing priorities

• Excellent analytical mindset with data-driven approach to decision-making

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for internal and external audiences

• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning

• Comfortable with market research, competitive analysis, and industry networking
