About the Role & Team

Our EMEA sales team continues to grow and with this comes great opportunities – including our brand new Account Manager roles focused on our Scale business, which is a segment focused on a subset of customers whose annual investment in Amplitude is <$50k ARR.

As a Scale Account Manager, you will:

Own all renewals and expansions with an existing book of business of approximately ~80 customers.
The focus will be on expansion (80% of the role) and renewals (20%)
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Amplitude’s product, allowing you to conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations focused on solving customers problems and helping them explore new Amplitude products/capabilities.
Effectively sell the value of Amplitude to key stakeholders (up to and including CXO’s) whilst maintaining customer relationships
Collaborate well with the extended team including Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success
Exceed quarterly and annual targets

You’ll be a great addition to the team if:

You have a minimum of 2 years SaaS experience in a quota-carrying role with a strong preference for candidates with direct experience of a renewal at scale and/or expansion motion
You are process orientated
You can effectively drive renewal and expansion conversations by leveraging (and delivering) QBRs
You have managed a high number of client accounts (~80) and have experience working in a fast transactional sales motion
Have an ability to tell a story using data
Experience running POCs and mutual close plans, familiarity with MEDDPICC is preferred
Fluency in English is essential, with any Nordics language being essential
Ability to work and thrive in a team setting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
