What you’ll do 👇
As a Partner Success Manager, you will support our Marketplace partners by optimizing content, resolving technical questions, and assisting with campaigns. You’ll work closely with partners and internal teams, learning and growing in a collaborative environment while making an impact.

You will:

  • Assist Marketplace partners with content updates, offer management, and technical issue troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate on integration projects, ensuring timely resolutions and communication across internal teams.
  • Support partners in planning and executing campaigns, such as price updates, product launches, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate and functional partner portals by managing technical updates.
  • Respond to partner inquiries (billing, system functionality, campaigns), providing clear and timely follow-up.
  • Contribute to regional Marketplace offerings, assisting in onboarding and retention efforts.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a coordinating- and customer-facing role (B2B), where you’ve had exposure to handling technical setups. For example as Junior Project Coordinator, E-Commerce Assistant, Technical Support Specialist, Administrative Assistant or Account Coordinator. Preferably, within a platform based environment.
  • A passion for service and problem-solving with strong time-management skills.

It’s a bonus if you also have:

  • Experience working with content in platforms or CMS systems.
  • Professional skills in Danish or Norwegian.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or similar.
