Account Executive – Gross Benefits & Hardware
Are you a dynamic professional with a proven track record in sales and a strong interest in understanding customers’ needs? We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to focus on our Danish market as an Account Executive for Gross Benefits and Hardware. You’ll be responsible for leading and driving our growth journey with hardware and flexible benefit solutions for IT departments. Based in our Copenhagen office in Nyhavn, you will follow a hybrid working model. Your contribution will be critical to our continued success, and you will have the opportunity to work with mid-sized to enterprise clients in the Danish market.

In this role, you will:
- Prospect and target potential clients in Denmark, specifically IT stakeholders, leading to effective meetings and engaging software demonstrations.
- Lead initiatives within Gross Salary Benefits (including mobilephones and broadband solutions) and managing sales towards IT departments.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, implement marketing strategies, showcase software demos, and creating compelling business cases.
- Provide tailored solutions by identifying IT departments’ needs and crafting strategic approaches that align with their overall business objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from contract negotiation to closure.
- Actively participate in marketing and pre-sales events, webinars, and client-related activities.
Personal Attributes
We are seeking someone with a results-driven approach to sales, who genuinely enjoys understanding customer needs. You should have a self-motivated and driven attitude, with strong prospecting and cold-calling skills. You excel at independently managing your time in a self-leading role and possess exceptional relationship-building skills crucial for closing deals with clients. You are curious and embrace creative thinking, employ multi-channel communication, and use data-driven strategies to think innovatively. Your strong problem-solving mindset, coupled with a results-oriented approach, is key.
We also see that you have:
- At least 3 years experience in B2B sales within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, mobilephone solutions, and cloud services.
- Proficiency in consultative selling and solution-based selling.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A strong drive and the ability to work in a high-activity environment. - Fluency in Danish and English spoken and written.
It’s an extra ⭐ if you also have…
- Familiarity with the SaaS industry and/or working with partners.
- Experience in HR and/or benefits tech.
- Experience working with a defined Sales Methodology- MEDDIC, Challenger etc.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Human Resources or similar.
Practical Information
Start: From January 2025.
Extent: Full-time, 100%.
Location: Copenhagen area or Malmö.
