In a few words

Reporting to the Regional Implementation Lead, Devon Ching, in a fast-growing company, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of the Contentsquare solutions and products.
You will serve as a member of the Customer Success organisation, building strong relationships with our clients, and the internal partners to achieve your goals.
You will be working in a project management role, using your analytical and technical proficiency to efficiently guide the client in the integration of data collection features or solve complex implementation issues, and ensure our client’s success in reaching their objectives.

What you’ll do:

Act as a project manager to onboard the new clients and successfully implement the solution.
Proactively manage customer and internal stakeholders’ expectations during the onboarding and deployment phases.
Manage the ongoing technical activities of a dedicated scope of Contentsquare’s clients.
Act as the main point of contact for any technical collection of data matters.
Work closely with Contentsquare’s Account Managers, Solutions Experts, and Customer Success Managers to drive success in the client objectives.
Help the roll-out of the new Contentsquare products.

What you’ll need to succeed:

At least 4 years of experience in technical implementation/support/development roles, ideally in a SaaS MarTech/AdTech company.
Strong working proficiency in web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML (we’re not looking for a developer, but you need to be able to at least write and read some code).
Experience with application development or SDK implementation knowledge (iOS/Android)
Comfortable with mobile testing and troubleshooting tools
Ability to understand and troubleshoot an SDK implementation code
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
At ease with managing and prioritising multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to define, create and follow integration SOWs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a global, dynamic, cross-functional, team-based environment.
