The Team

Are you looking to join a BDR function that’s hyper-focused on internal progression into sales?

Through our dedication to sales training and development, many of Egress’ successful Account Executives have been home-grown right here on the business development team!

From candidates with a bit of sales experience to those with no sales experience at all, we are actively recruited highly sales motivated individuals to help continue our growth here in the UK.

The Role

The BDR team are the very beginning of our sales cycle. They are responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and building new business using various methods of outreach such as cold calling, working closely with marketing, or attending events. They are the first point of contact for many of our customers.
Undertaking strategic analysis to stay up to date with our competitors, target audience and industry trends allowing to better identify prospects more effectively.
Act as ambassadors for the company and wider sales team working with prospective clients and existing customers to understand their business challenges and to advise on ways in which Egress solutions can address these challenges
The BDR team are subject matter experts and become trusted advisors to both existing clients and potential new clients to ensure we build strong, long lasting relationships.
