Sales Solutions Engineering Team, GBG Americas

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Solution Engineer to support sales teams by providing business insights, technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and tailored product presentations in the realm of identity, fraud, and verification services. This role will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met.

What you will do

Provide in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of our IDology solutions.
Assist in the technical aspects of bids and proposals.
Address and resolve client concerns regarding product integration and customization.
Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends to advise and inform the sales team and clients effectively.
Learn and develop a deep understanding of IDology solutions.
Attend all company sponsored training sessions and apply learned techniques and new products to sales opportunities.

Requirements

Market and Industry Knowledge- Extensive knowledge of the identity, fraud, and risk markets and corresponding solutions and use cases
Technical Expertise- Strong background in SaaS platforms, particularly in identity, fraud, and verification sectors.
Problem-Solving- Aptitude for identifying client needs and crafting custom solutions.
Collaborative Spirit- Team player with the ability to work across different departments to achieve sales and client satisfaction goals.
Strong computer and web proficiency including experience with Word, Excel, and Salesforce.com or other web-based sales automation tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a fast-paced team environment.
Highly motivated drive for success.
