The Role

The ID&F Product Marketing Manager reports to the EMEA Director of Market Development and will work hand in hand with our Product and Sales teams, to develop compelling messaging and positioning content in support of our strategic growth initiatives across EMEA.

This is an exciting time to join the business and be part of our ambitious expansion plans. The role is based in the UK, with precise location flexible and home working an option.

 

What you will do

Develop use cases, value propositions, messaging, and product content, including website copy, data sheets, brochures, white papers and sales presentations.
Translate technical and product capabilities into powerful, digestible, and differentiated messaging.
Write persona-based content for technical and non-technical audiences.
Examine and identify market opportunities along with customer pain points to highlight the value our Identity and Fraud solutions can deliver and inform our product strategy and roadmap.
Be an expert on our customers, target markets, competitors, and product capabilities.
Build and lead product launch plans.
Work with the product team to influence and inform product roadmaps.
Support sales teams in pre- and post-sales activities through sales enablement programs and content, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis.
Create compelling stories that will entice greater interest and adoption of our products.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

Proficient product marketing experience in B2B technology, preferably in SaaS
A great storyteller who has demonstrable experience in successfully building strong product narratives.
A data-oriented and systematic person who enjoys working with data and insights
Strong Account Based Marketing skills and knowledge to help activate revenue fast
Passionate about technology and keen to learn about how things work. Able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand.
Excellent project management skills
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to report on marketing campaigns success through CRM or a marketing platform
Eager to make an impact and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
A great teammate. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate across the global Marketing team and with colleagues in Product, Development, Sales, Professional Services, and Account Management teams.
Comfortable presenting as a subject matter expert internally or externally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
