The Team

The Sales Operations Team, part of the Technology & Operations department are responsible for delivering a responsive and compliant customer onboarding process from initial sales requests through to billing and product setup. Working closely with our sales, finance, & legal teams to ensure compliant processes are maintained, and supporting internal business operations/projects as required. The team primarily support EMEA customers.

The role

The Sales Operations Executive is responsible for GBG’s customer’s orders, progressing each purchase through the contracting and fulfilment cycle including supporting all relevant internal departments. They ensure service deliverables are achieved meeting data controller compliance, legal contractual documents signed, billing jobs raised onto finance & enable the products for customer access.

What you will do

Provide responsive processing of sales opportunities in CRM, ensuring contractual and compliance accuracy
Checking of due diligence documentation to support orders for our data suppliers
Drafting of contractual Order Forms and processing via the DocuSign auto-signature system
Multiple products & platform provisioning
Raising billing jobs onto finance
Raising data supplier credentials requests and providing required documentation
Supporting finance with invoice/credit queries, auditing requests
Supporting internal department enquiries from legal, Commercial Data, Audit, Product & Compliance
Supporting sales commercial teams with training on CRM and process adoption
