The Position…

The Product Owner will be part of the Product Team, which is responsible for the building and then delivery of the roadmap, having a huge impact on the strategic direction of the business. We are regularly speaking at industry leading events and have won many industry awards for our product innovation. This role will deal with all aspects of Identity Verification in the compliance and onboarding industries.

This position is based in Mexico.

The Role…

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join a well establish organization a on a project using an agile approach. The successful applicant will use their skills and experience to help solve challenging problems for our clients in the Identity Verification space.

The Product Owner (PO) is part of a scrum team and is responsible for defining User Stories and prioritising the Backlog. Your role will include streamlining the execution of programme priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team. The PO has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done. The PO will provide guidance to the team by ensuring that all User Stories are well defined. The successful applicant will work closely with the Product and QA teams to ensure Acceptance Criteria are clear, achievable and definitive.

Ability to manage customer expectations and communications sensitively and expertly.
Confident presentation skills.
Supremely comfortable with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
Composure and clarity of though in high-pressure environments.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Desirable Skills:

Experience of working within the Identity Verification or IDV Domain as a Product Owner.
