Job Summary
As the Intelligent Data Infrastructure company, businesses rely on NetApp to help them drive value from their data, specifically in the area of AI and GenAI.  NetApp Solution Architects are technology experts and evangelists in their fields and are considered the pinnacle of technical professionalism.

We are looking for an AI technical leader for the EMEA & LATAM geography.  The successful candidate will have demonstrable expertise in AI, a curiosity for technology, and a proven track record of leading and managing technical AI engineers or architects.
What you will do
Lead a team of AI Solution Architects (SA) distributed across the EMEA & LATAM geography
Be the voice of AI for the geography, and lead our technical AI strategy
Collaborate with our regional Solutions Engineering leaders to identify, develop and progress AI opportunities
Align with our AI Solution Specialist leader to coordinate customer engagement and opportunity development
Develop and nurture business relationships with our AI technology partners such as Nvidia, Intel etc
Provide deep technical expertise to our customers and partners
Develop the talent and career progression of the SA team

What you will bring

Demonstrable curiosity for technology and deep expertise in AI and GenAI data storage
Outstanding communication skills with a track record of technology leadership
Strong history of leading and managing a team of technical engineers or architects
Fluent English is essential – other languages are a bonus
