Job Summary
CPE powers up global engineering superheroes, tackling customer escalations with precision. They wield engineering prowess to amplify support, detecting and vanquishing customer issues.
Their mission: Enhance NetApp products with epic supportability features. Join the core OS kernel debugging team, become a master of core dump analysis and automate the battle against recurring issues!
As a part of our hybrid working model, you will need to be able to commute to the Cork Office a minimum of twice a week.
Job Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Python/Perl and C/C++ programming with proficiency in product development/support within a Linux environment.
- Strong understanding of concepts related to OS internals, data structures and programming practices.
- Clear understanding of the product development cycle, technical requirements in Linux environment
- Inquisitive mind and passion for innovation
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex technical tasks
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong teamwork and adaptability to support new technologies and the latest NetApp products
Education
- Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in area of expertise
