Job Summary
The primary role of a Commercial Territory Representative is to collaborate with partners to develop, qualify, manage and close a velocity sales business within an assigned sales territory. This role is quota-driven, working closely with our Commercial capable partners to co-sell and represent NetApp’s products and solutions to existing and potential customers. This role requires a hunter mentality to break into new accounts and workloads. The role requires business travelling, work from the office and work from home.
Job Requirements
- Develop and oversee implementation of a strategic territory plan to align partners and account team on territory growth strategy
- Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with Commercial capable partners and distributors to drive sales revenue
- Leverage NetApp and partner resources to create brand awareness and generate demand in assigned territory
- Deliver NetApp strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects and partners
Responsible for sales forecasting accuracy, linearity and operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence - Provide sales support within the partner community to improve communication, collaboration, and accountability specific to pipeline generation and closing opportunities within the assigned territory
- Lead the development and implementation of the strategic Go-to-Market plan for assigned territory ensuring that both internal and external resources are actively engaged &contributing
Education
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English & Swedish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service and negotiation skills
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Broad exposure to a variety of data storage and cloud technologies/concepts (desirable)
