Sounds like you? Great! We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team and focus on our Mid Market customers in France. 


As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers as well as developing the existing client base by upselling and cross selling. You have the presence to be able to build and maintain relationships with customer business and technical decision makers at all levels, influencing their long term strategic direction and acting as their trusted advisor to evaluate strategy and recommend solutions that meet their requirements. You will add value by increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction, through working with cross-functional business and sales development teams within a territory of accounts.



Effectively and proactively turn prospects and qualified leads with new customers into qualified opportunities for your book of business
Build closing and risk mitigation plans, driving opportunities through the entire sales cycle to ensure predictable deal closure within the fiscal quarter
Drive predictable forecast and pipeline management, to overachieve against quarterly targets.
Identify opportunities to grow the business with existing customers by nurturing relationships with customers at the different levels, initiating conversations, leveraging usage data, providing demos or quotes and collaborating with internal teams to maximise the value and impact for our customers.
Develop an account and contact plan strategy to grow the accounts within your territory.
Proactively build customer stakeholder mapping and strong relationships across business and technical decision makers.
Be the Slack sales leader and expert for your customers
Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product

6+ years of technology-related sales and account management experience
Strong negotiation skills, financial acumen and driving deals to closure.
Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
Strong track record of prospecting, new account development, deal closing and quota performance
Ability to value sell to senior executives and at different levels as a trusted advisor with a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully recommending solutions that solve their problems
Experience in building strong customer relationships at C-level with budget holders, procurement and technical key decision makers
Excellent communicator, organiser, presenter and great verbal communication skills
Outstanding operational excellence, e.g. forecasting, building healthy pipeline, opportunity management and virtual team orchestration
Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment
Problem solver and ability to work and learn in fast-changing environment and manage ambiguity
Strong time management skills – able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Passion for cloud technologies and changing the world
Must be fluent in French & English.
