We are seeking an experienced, passionate Analyst Relations (AR) leader to scale Slack’s global analyst relations program in EMEA. You will deepen relationships and play a significant part in informing analysts about our company strategy, product vision, platform development, and business expansion. What you will do:
Join forces with outstanding AR teammates to build analyst engagement plans, supervise firm account management and agency support, provide cross-functional support and insights, and improve team efficiencies
Drive impact by positively positioning Slack during inquiries, briefings, events, industry evaluations, etc. along with thought leadership initiatives like content creation (i.e., Forrester Total Economic Impact study)
Collaborate with teams across the organization to nurture intimate relationships with analysts, craft compelling messaging, and create competitive differentiation
Partner closely with AR peers on the Salesforce Market Strategy, Mulesoft, and Tableau teams to ensure a unified front
Consummate teammate that embraces our smart, humble, collaborative culture diversity
Measure the impact of Analyst Relations efforts
What will you have:
8+ years of working in Analyst Relations, preferably within Enterprise Collaboration or related categories
Impeccable written communication and speaking skills; comfort speaking externally
Knack for building strategic relationships with analysts, executives, leadership, and cross-functional partners
Highly-proactive, self-starter capable of independently leading several projects with limited direction and competing priorities in a fast paced, challenging environment
Experience working with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other tech industry firms that lead to leadership positioning
