Brief intro to the role:
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to oversee the development of our agency and club customer base. You will be engaging with senior decision makers in the industry across Europe, wowing them with our offering and converting them to TransferRoom advocates.
What you’ll be doing:
Prospect, qualify and develop new leads
Manage your sales pipeline from prospect to close
Achieve your individual revenue targets and department KPIs
Manage your portfolio strategy
Maintain accurate pipelines
Understand, manage and maintain the CRM system
Who you are:
2+ years experience working in a SaaS or membership business and/or a high growth start-up environment with a proven track record in developing new business
A hunter with proven track record of pitching at CxO level
Fluent English and Italian speaker with at least one other language ideally Croatian, Portuguese or French
Sports experience is not a prerequisite but an interest and ability to talk intelligently about football is a must
Full Drivers license
Able to travel up to 50% of the time
