Exciting projects they will work on from Day one:

Ideation of the Ultimate Community. You will be involved in creating the brand, how it’s executed and driving the content strategy.
Execution of the project. You will be in the forefront of community building from end-to-end.
You will:

Support in building and establishing a strong community within the customer experience space.
Work closely with our CMO and COO to co-develop the weekly digital event marketing plan
Take an active role in growing and nurturing the Ultimate community by ensuring it stays inspiring, helpful and diverse
Manage the end-to-end execution of weekly digital events from content planning, lead generation, speaker management and post-event reporting
Create an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity.
Ensure the success of digital and live events through smooth-running of the operations
Coordinate with the speakers to ensure that they are aligned with all the event details and changes
Ensuring that all stakeholders are involved and informed through the management of schedules and activities

Strong Stakeholder Management: You are a people person. Working as a community coordinator means always being attuned to people’s needs and being customer-centric
Amazing Event Management skills: You enjoy executing events and driving the best results
Growth mindset: You are a problem solver, an optimist and can-do person. You should be practical, creative and a fast learner and thinker!
Exceptional oral and written communications skills: You are clear and accurate in how you communicate which is reflected in how you execute marketing initiatives. You speak up and make your voice heard!
Cross Team Collaborator: You don’t shy away from communicating with people in different areas of the organization. You work effectively within a team and independently.
Self Management: You are highly organized with strong attention to detail. You also love to take ownership with projects
Digital First Mindset: Proficient in CRM, LinkedIn and email marketing tools.
