As our Events and Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Demand Generation and collaborate daily with brand, sales and partnership teams. Your mission is to help the commercial teams drive pipeline and new revenue by implementing end-to-end b2b campaigns that drive awareness and interest across all segments of Ultimate’s target market.


Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness and new pipeline, collaborating with the sales, partnerships, product and customer success teams
Own the strategy and the end-to-end execution of our online and offline events, including speaker briefing, event promotion, presentation content and post-event evaluation
Brief and help produce marketing creatives with the design, content, advertising, email and website teams, coordinating and respecting deadlines
Support the sales team in targeting specific regions or segments, strategizing and fine-tuning campaign messaging to engage target accounts, generate new opportunities and increase win rates
Evaluate and document our campaign results and processes, contributing to a constant refinement of Ultimate’s value proposition and go-to-market strategies, helping to sure every segment receives a relevant and effective message


Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
Experience working in a b2b marketing or sales team, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment with a sales-led motion
Proven track record of successful marketing initiatives that created demand among prospects and met pipeline goals

Growth mindset: You are a problem solver, an optimist and can-do person. Hands-on and driven.
Self Management: You are highly organised with strong attention to detail. You also love to take ownership with projects
A buyer-focused mindset: you look at prospects with empathy and try to find ways to target them with effective messaging that speaks to their goals and needs
