The Ultimate Role

Research and map out targeted mid-market or enterprise accounts to become an expert in our target market.
Reach out via phone, email and LinkedIn to ascertain and speak to key decision makers within prospective clients.
Have in-depth and/or complex sales conversations at director/C-level to understand upcoming projects and needs within target clients.
Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business and book calls/meetings for our Account Executives with prospects.
Own deep knowledge of the customer service industry, including key events and technical advancements.
Tracking, planning and reporting on pipeline progress on our CRM to improve results and forecast revenue.
Brand activism and social selling.
Achieve/exceed targets monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.

 

The Ultimate Profile

We’re looking for communicative, energetic individuals who are passionate about innovation and take pride in exceeding targets, and building long-term client relationships. We offer close mentorship with different stakeholders in the sales department to support you in your career growth.

Prior experience with cold calling, prospecting or equivalent.
Autonomous, adaptable, collaborative, and strategic. The right candidate will thrive in a startup environment in a high-innovation sector, working with the whole team to achieve success in an ever-changing landscape.
Proficiency in English
Proficient presentation and written communications skills.
High level of empathy and the ability to develop warm client relationships
A quick learner and self-starter who is eager to hit targets.

Bonus Points:

Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a technology company.
Passion for AI and disruptive technologies.

1. Introductory chat with the Talent Acquisition Partner – 15-30 minutes

2. Competency Interview with the Hiring Manager – 45 minutes

3. Sales Task with Account Executives – 60 minutes

4. Peer Interview – 30 minutes
