What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ experience in lead generation leadership role, as a Manager or Team Leader.
Proven track record of success, ensuring key goals and activity metrics are met across BD function.
Demonstrative enforcement of solid sales methodologies and processes, to the point that they have become innate.
Ability to identify talent, interview and onboard BDRs to the team.
A PG mindset. Pipe gen is everything, but you know that already. You’ll have sales enablement and all the tools you could wish for. It’s you that makes the difference though, so we expect you to be a PG stalwart.
You have a nurturing, hands-on coaching approach, brings positive energy to the team.
You are disciplined in your processes, stage-gating your actions! You are meticulous in recording all of this in the CRM.
You collaborate, knowing whom to bring in at the right time, ensuring seamless communication at all times. Efficiency drives effectiveness.
You are curious, courageous, collaborative, capable, committed and creative.
