What You’ll Do:
- Identify and secure new revenue opportunities across industries, markets, and client segments
- Develop and execute creative outreach strategies, including personalised cold calling and targeted prospecting
- Engage prospects through a consultative sales approach, uncover needs, tailor solutions, manage objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Partner closely with marketing to shape promotional initiatives that drive engagement and lead generation
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to broaden market reach
- Forecast revenue and analyse performance data to guide sales strategy and optimize growth
Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
Who You Are:
- 3-5+ years in B2B sales experience, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Skilled in cold calling and converting leads into long-term clients
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
- Excellent communicator who is articulate, persuasive, and confident at all organizational levels
- Independent, self-motivated, and relentlessly goal-driven
- Strong commercial acumen with a knack for translating customer needs into actionable solutions
- Bonus: Familiarity with market research or data-centric selling
