Unfortunately, once you have started the program you will be unable to cancel. We expect places to full up quickly, so we advise making sure you are 100% committed to completing the program.

Yes, all the sessions are recorded to allow those who weren’t able to attend the live session to access the workshops at a later date. We have found this enables our attendees to engage and participate more. The recordings also help our facilitators with planning and evaluation of the group’s process.

Will any of the facilitators be available to contact and ask questions, outside of the workshop sessions?

Our facilitators will be on hand in between sessions through our private WhatsApp group.
