Programme Overview
Now in its third year, Elevate Yourself is a 6-part career accelerator program incorporating 6 x 75-minute interactive online workshops full of practical advice, real-life experiences and hands-on exercises. The workshops will be facilitated by Angie Vaux in conjunction with high-profile women in the tech industry.

Workshop 1
Defining Your Career Vision
Take control of your career
In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to take control and build a fulfilling career in tech. We’ll cover how to define your values, discover your super strengths and how to build a roadmap to achieve your career goals.
Workshop 2
Enhance Your Personal Brand
Your personal brand is what differentiates you. It showcases who you are, what you stand for and the unique value you bring. It helps you stand out and get noticed so that you can realise your full potential.
This interactive, virtual workshop is designed to help you define and enhance your personal brand online and offline so that you can get noticed and accelerate your career.
Workshop 3
Build Your Executive Presence
Executive presence is a combination of personal traits and outward behaviours that create an image of competence and trustworthiness. It can be measured by the ability to own a room and the likelihood of people following your direction. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn the core characteristics of executive presence, communicating with gravitas and how to build self-confidence when you’re the only in the room.

Imposter Syndrome
Turn self-doubt into positive emotion
Recent studies suggest that as many as 70% of us have suffered from imposter syndrome at some point in our career. Learn how to take ownership of your success, overcome self-doubt and create strategies to build confidence and unlock your full potential.
Workshop 5
Build your Own Board of Directors
Building a rich and diverse network of career advisors, each a specialist in different areas helps you foster genuine relationships that are mutually beneficial and can lead to new career opportunities.
In this interactive workshop, you will learn the difference between a sponsor, mentor and coach and how to identify your personal board of directors to support you career development.

This will be an opportunity to share your key learnings from the program, ask questions to our mentors and finalise your personal action plan moving forward.

How much does it cost?
Early bird fee is £575 + VAT
I want to ask my company to fund the program, how best do I demonstrate the benefits to my career?
Our participants often pay for their places through their personal development funds, learning and development budgets, or through a departmental discretionary budget. If you are self-funding, please discuss any payment plans with us.
How much time do I need to commit to the program?
