We’re looking for a Senior Sales Director to spearhead our East Coast expansion— building strong client relationships, leading a high-performing team, and shaping the future of Ogury’s commercial success in this priority market.

In this role, you will:
– Own and execute the East Coast regional strategy, maximizing revenue opportunities across new and existing books of business
– Lead, coach, and scale a team of strategic sellers, cultivating a culture of performance, collaboration, and client-centricity
– Partner with top agencies and direct brands to build long-term value and trusted partnerships
– Work cross-functionally with customer success, operations, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success
– Act as a senior leader and market expert, providing regional insights and commercial input to the wider organization

This role is based in our New York, NY office, where we work in a hybrid model— Coming together three days a week to spark collaboration, share ideas face-to-face, and stay connected as a team.

What you will be doing
Drive new business growth by prospecting, securing strategic meetings, and closing deals with top advertisers and agencies across the East Coast to exceed revenue targets.
Shape and execute long-term sales strategies, identifying scalable opportunities and innovative approaches that drive sustainable market growth.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals— setting clear goals, developing talent, and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
Empower your team to thrive, instilling accountability and guiding them to consistently outperform targets while contributing to the overall success of Ogury’s East Coast commercial strategy.
Refine our go-to-market approach by continuously enhancing outreach, client engagement tactics, and sales presentations that move opportunities confidently through the funnel.
Leverage data to inform decisions— track team and individual performance across all stages of the sales cycle using Salesforce, identifying key success drivers and growth opportunities.
Engage across client levels, from daily touchpoints to executive conversations, playing a visible role in key opportunities and unlocking strategic partnerships.
What you will bring to Ogury
Proven success in digital advertising sales, with a strong track record in both programmatic and managed service deal structures.
Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem and its evolving role in omni-channel media strategies.
Based in the New York area (or broader East Coast) with deep knowledge of the regional media landscape and a strong network of agency and brand decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable to activity and performance targets, with expertise using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track pipeline health, optimize sales motions, and coach for results.
Experience breaking into new business while also growing and retaining strategic accounts over time.
Passion for the art and science of sales—you thrive on measuring what works, adapting quickly, and being out in front of prospective clients.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where creativity and autonomy are encouraged.
Strong ability to operate independently in a hybrid/remote model, while staying connected and aligned with a high-performing team.
Natural relationship-builder who serves as a consultative partner and educator to clients—always focused on delivering value and long-term impact.
Polished presenter and communicator, confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
$175,000 – $185,000 a year
In compliance with the US State based Pay Transparency Act, we strive to provide this same visibility towards compensation for all of our teams, globally.

The salary for the Senior Sales Director role is: $175,000 – $185,000 (USD) annually, excluding variable compensation, dependent upon relevant experience and location.
