About The Role & Team

We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join our fast paced EMEA Workplace team, based in our EMEA headquarters, Amsterdam. Reporting into the Workplace Team Lead, they will handle a wide range of workplace support tasks to provide a productive, clean, and inspiring environment, as well as create and deliver amazing, seamless experiences to build strong communities across the Ampliteers. They will juggle diverse responsibilities to remove distractions and keep the EMEA HQ team happy and productive. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that thrives working in a constantly changing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is incredibly well organised, flexible and enjoys wearing many hats.  Position is onsite 5x a week.

As a Workplace Coordinator, you will: 

Workplace:

Deliver a friendly, warm, and hospitable first point of contact to employees and visitors
Establish systems to ensure office is properly maintained and kept in tidy, organised manner
Upkeep existing policies and procedures for safety and wellbeing within the offices
Assist Workplace Team Lead in establishing and managing vendor partnerships
Order and stock snacks, office supplies and catering
Take on specifically assigned projects and other responsibilities as directed by the Workplace Team Lead

Culture:

Coordinate a programme of in-office events including: team lunch, Happy Hours, All Hands meetings, DEI events, games nights, group outings, special occasion celebrations, impromptu and planned activities
Assist in execution of company events such as Holiday Party

You’ll be a great addition to the team if you have:

A customer service / hospitality mindset
Proficiency in Mac Operating System, Google Suite, MS Office, Eden Workplace
1-3 years of office management and administration experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Dutch speaking preferred but not required
