The Ultimate Role
Our integrations into CRM platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, LiveChat and many others is what enables our Virtual Agents to pick up incoming conversations, answer emails, create tickets and perform actions just like a human agent on these platforms would.
These integrations are what allows our clients to automate workflows in the tools they are already using, and are the interface enabling the power of Ultimate’s AI engine to act and automate.
As the Technical Product Manager at Ultimate, you will have the opportunity to act as a key contributor to our product strategy, leading one of the most impactful squads in the business, working with senior stakeholders and partners from leading companies across multiple industries.

The Ultimate Responsibilities:
Drive innovation for existing integrations we have with our partners, such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
Expand our integration reach through understanding the market needs, trends & strategic opportunities.
Lead and own new strategic initiatives through its full life cycle: market analysis, technical discovery, delivery and enablement.
Coordinate resources and collaborate with your team on creating project timelines, to ensure that what we ship is awesome, on time and has real impact.
Work closely with a cross-functional team, ruthlessly and efficiently prioritizing incoming requests to this area of the product, while keeping clear communication with all relevant stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Partnerships and Customer Success).
The Ultimate Profile:
Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager/Technical Project Manager, with a focus on APIs and Integrations.
Excellent internal and external stakeholder management, you enjoy working directly with clients to understand and learn about their needs and requirements.
A natural communicator, you are comfortable engaging in deep technical discussions about data, service architecture, APIs and Integrations and are able to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders towards a common goal.
Passion for working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams. You thrive in a growing, rapidly changing environment and have a strong expertise in iterative development and balancing risks.
Comfortable leading, directing and empowering team members without formal line management responsibilities – you provide context, focus and realignment where needed.
Strong project management – you’re confident handling multiple incoming requests, you can prioritize effectively and ruthlessly across multiple projects
Experience working with B2B or SaaS products.
Bring a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-day management and making strategic trade-offs
You operate with a transparency mindset, communicating clearly and openly.
Desirable:
Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce
Previous experience as a Software Developer, or Technical Support Engineer/Customer Engineer
Experience working on AI products, or Integration-heavy products is a plus.
