The Challenge

Adobe’s UKI & MEA Partner team is looking for a full time Partner Manager who will be responsible for cultivating, growing and driving a high performing Scale partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Director Partner Sales for UKI & MEA. The Partner Manager is a senior sales professional with a programmatic approach to build, lead, and cultivate these growing partnerships.

You will be working very closely with your partners, Adobe Sales and Marketing to build partner pipeline, develop go-to-market activities and propositions that bring new clients to Adobe. You will also work with the partners to build strong Adobe partner practices and develop joint offerings. This position will be based out of London.

 

What You’ll Do
Own and lead assigned partnerships building direct relationships with key partner stakeholders, Adobe field sellers and sales leaders, cultivating joint opportunities, inspiring stakeholders through enablement and business value session, and building / governing joint pipeline.
Work with the partner and field sales organisation to drive partner created pipeline (Sourced / Influenced) and incremental bookings.
Develop and build a scalable GTM approach with the Scale partners.
Build one to many enablement and communication initiatives.
Develop key high value relationships with the field organization and influencers, including sales directors and Regional VPs and Country CEOs.
Develop joint marketing initiatives through events and other marketing campaigns that generate quantifiable demand.
Build customized and compelling joint value propositions to support opportunities on key targets for our Industry and Solution account segments.
Assist leadership in encouraging an environment of collaboration, willingness, creativity, and continuous improvement.
What You Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business or similar field preferred.
5+ years Proven experience with alliances and partners in particular Global ISVs, System Integrators and Agencies.
Direct or indirect sales experience also beneficial
Track record of developing and growing partner businesses
Abilities to engage up to C-level executives within the partners
Software company experience, agency or SI/Agency background is a plus
You thrive with challenges and have history of optimally, consistently achieving revenue goals and objectives, within a sophisticated client acquisition driven business, preferably in the mid-market or enterprise space.
Passion for getting things done in an ambitious environment, enjoy working hard, are full of energy for challenges, and seize opportunities more than others.
