Tara Rule | Senior Director of Commercial Strategy EMEA | Adobe

Tara Rule is no stranger to networking – whether it be face to face or virtually she builds strong relationships with people and has subsequently benefited from it over the years. 

As a Senior Director at Adobe and a qualified professional coach, she is passionate about leading and motivating people. She is responsible for all the commercial levers which underpin Adobe’s business in EMEA across Consumer and SMB. She shapes, drives and influences, making key decisions to drive the business forward. 

She’s a mum of 2 young girls and in her spare time, she writes a blog called ‘cocktails and coaching’ which gives hints & tips and poses questions to help you grow. In this session she’ll challenge you to think differently about what Networking really means and share her secrets to success.

Sophie Allen | Senior Account Manager and Business Development Director | Venatrix

Despite only being in recruitment for 8 years, Sophie Allen is a perfect example of effective networking, having received Recruitment Entrepreneur’s ‘Best Recruiter of 2019’ Award, and currently working as both Senior Account Manager and Business Development Director at
Venatrix.
Her friendly demeanour, strong negotiation skills and efficiency have made her a go to in recruitment both internally in Venatrix and externally.
