The Power of Assertiveness

October 20, 2020 @ 4:00 pm - 5:15 pm

Practical Strategies to find your Voice and create Impact.

– Do you hesitate in sharing your ideas?
– Do you offer suggestions in a meeting that go unnoticed, only to have someone else make the suggestion a few minutes later and everyone thinking it a great idea?
– Do you struggle to claim your achievements?

We’ve often heard that assertive women can be perceived as being ‘aggressive’, ‘bossy’ or ‘emotional’.

Our desire to maintain positive relationships with the people we are interacting with can sometimes lead us to hold back our opinions and ideas, and to suppress our true feelings.

In the interactive live event (or watch on demand), you’ll hear real-life experiences and practical strategies from industry leaders to help you find your voice and be heard – all whilst maintaining positive relationships.

You’ll learn:

– How to finding the right balance between confidence and impactful expression
– How to drive positive conversations that lead to desired outcomes
– How to express yourself effectively without being labelled ‘aggressive’.

This is a must-attend event for any woman looking to find their voice and create impact at work.
