Responsibilities (High Level):

Manage existing Sales Partners Compliance Screening Program with daily hands-on operations and timely processing of new and existing partners.
Implement and deploy new Enhanced Partner Screening Process (in new tool).
Create program metrics and summary to stakeholders on a regular basis.

Responsibilities (Detailed):

1. Manage and operate existing Partner Screening Program

Ensure process is operational, from due diligence until resolution of new and existing partners, amongst each of the responsible team members.
Address and resolve with urgency, each inquiry or escalation from stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Sales Ops., Legal Compliance, Deal Desk, etc.)
Respond with urgency to Internal Audit and Legal Compliance requests for partner information.
Follow and propose updates as necessary to SOPs for onboarding each partner type, from initial proposal through completion of onboarding process.
Conduct regular reviews for State Owned Entities.
Define and deploy mitigation controls on issues found
Act as main point of contact for partners arriving from M&A activities (if any).

2. Implement and deploy new Enhanced Partner Screening Process

Implementation of new tool (setting up API, data migration transfer, setting up parameters)
Provide training on the updated process and tool
Deployment (begin processing cases, quality checks, address issues)
Detail each process, standard operating process, tutorials.
Regular review with management all points above plus how the tool is working, what needs to be changed, fixed, fine-tuned.
3. Quarterly review of Partner Screening Programs

Create and present program metrics to stakeholders (volume of requests, time to completion, types of partner onboarding requests, regional map of partners, number/type of mitigations, etc., including trends over time)
Include highlights/lowlights/insights
Changes/updates/what’s next
Issues/ remediations
