The Opportunity:
Adobe Experience Platform is the Adobe solution that helps customers to centralize and standardize their customer data and content across the enterprise powering 360-degree customer profiles, enabling data science and data governance to drive real-time personalized experiences. With Experience Platform, enterprises will be able to utilize completely coordinated marketing and analytics solutions for driving meaningful customer interactions.
We help thousands of customers collect, manage and synthesize petabytes of data with high fidelity and velocity. We help them make sense of that data, get insights and run algorithms, so they can deliver delightful experiences in real time, every time. What you’ll do:
Lead a team of talented engineers in designing and building great products and solving complex technical problems
Responsible for the system’s uptime and development life cycle within the team
Management and execution against the project plan and delivery commitments
Continuously support the growth and development of the team. Keeping your team motivated, performing appraisals for the team members.
Stay in close contact with Product Management, User Experience, System Architects

Preferred Qualifications:
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
Demonstrated experience managing or leading development teams through full product delivery cycles
5+ years of industry experience of which some where spent as an software engineer
Strong working knowledge of modern software development methodologies and software design patterns and have experience leading significant software projects/products
Demonstrated success building world class applications that can handle millions of events per hour
Expertise in one or more programming languages
Some Expertise in SQL DB, No-SQL DB, Web Services, Data Intensive applications, Big Data Processing pipelines
Experience building stable and scalable software systems
Practical knowledge with cloud based technologies such as virtualization and containers
Experience with Agile Software Development techniques
Excellent English / written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working in a global environment and of managing global teams
Nice to have: Advertising, Web Services or Big Data background
