Adobe Design is looking for a systems-oriented Senior Experience Designer to join our new team building data visualization-enabling technology that will sit at the core of the next generation of design tooling. We are searching for a passionate, hard-working, immensely curious designer to help define the foundation of this technology and define its intersection with products across Creative Cloud. About you 
As a key team member, you’ll work together with a diversity of people from many different product and engineering teams to craft core technology solutions that stretch across professional and consumer tools. You don’t shy from technical complexities and champion solutions that prioritize the best interest of creative expression.
In this role, you will: 
Approach problems holistically. We work hand-in-hand with cross-functional team members to define strategy, requirements, and design experiments and product solutions across multiple touchpoints of the funnel.
Listen deeply. Uncover opportunities to decrease friction and enable new pathways by talking to and listening to users about their frustrations and goals.
Work as an owner of the design vision and create design impact. Design user experiences from concept to ship, influence the big picture, produce high-quality solutions with a keen eye for detail, analyze results and iterate on findings.
Simplify. Translate complex problems into sophisticated design solutions that are grounded in user research and data. Bring the vision to life through user journeys, high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, prototypes, or animations.
Investigate and iterate. Test your prototypes, gather insights, and integrate your findings into new versions of design experiments.
Think big. Close product gaps, while discovering concepts to leap into the future. Advocate for innovative end-to-end product experiences.
Work collaboratively. Bring to bear strong communication skills to build fruitful partnerships and relationships with designers, engineers, product managers and more from across the organization and beyond.

What you’ll bring to the team 
A degree in a design-related field or comparable work experience
Experience or demonstrable interest in data visualization
7+ years of proven experience working on products, services, and UX design, building and delivering consumer and/or enterprise products.
Ability to balance a growth mentality, ambiguity, and design quality standards
Strength in interaction from low-fidelity prototypes to high-fidelity concepts
Deep understanding of graphic design principles and best practices, including layout, typography, composition, illustration and photography
A thirst to learn about how your designs perform and an appetite to iterate weaving both qualitative and quantitative data
Fluency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
A desire to go beyond pixels: curiosity about how business, social, technical and behavioral factors impact the UX inside and outside the product
The ability to articulate and present design decisions, the problems they solve, and how they support business milestones, concisely to all functions of the organization, including executives.
