The Challenge
Help us create the future of 3D! We are seeking a creative and highly motivated individual, passionate about creating the next generation of groundbreaking and cutting-edge 3D technology.
As the leader of the 3D & Immersive QE organization, the candidate will lead a team of software development engineers in test covering an extensive set of products, components, and services.

What you’ll do
In the role of the Sr. Quality Engineering Manager, you will lead, grow, and mentor a large, distributed Quality Engineering organization.
Hire, train, coach, mentor and develop a hard-working, geographically distributed engineering team in an Agile environment.
Provide accurate planning, effort and resource estimates, and achievements for testing to ensure successful implementation in a timely fashion.
Identify cross-platform software quality challenges and devise innovative solutions for refinement and improvement.
Establish collaborative relationships across business and technical leads, architects, and product owners to ensure alignment with business goals and enterprise-level architectural standards.
Contribute to test and automation strategies and improvements on the efficiency of the process.
Develop and maintain effective tooling to enable continuous product and pipeline testing.
What is needed for success
Five or more years of experience working in Quality Engineering or Software Development roles.
Proven experience managing large, diverse Engineering teams.
Deep understanding of testing methodologies at the component, application, and API layers
Extensive experience with Testing Automation tools and Frameworks (UnitTest, PyTest, Squish)
Experience with scripting languages (Python, bash)
Demonstrated ability with C++ development
Solid understanding of modern, continuous development techniques and pipelines (Jenkins, Git)
Solid understanding of the Linux, Windows, MacOS, iOS, ARM and Android Platforms
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and subject areas to achieve desired outcomes
Advanced technical and analytical skills required to diagnose, isolate, and resolve problems
Organization and facilitation skills or project management skills that demonstrate time management and ability to effectively run a team.
Proven track record to adapt to new technologies and design test strategies.
Pluses:
Experience in API testing
Experience in developing APIs and test frameworks
Knowledge of 3D Technologies and Graphics Hardware
