Solution Account Executive
Solution AE support the Enterprise and Commercial segments in growing their existing business through identification and close of cross-sell opportunities in the Content and Workfront solution line for Sweden, Finland and the Baltic region
What you’ll Do
Strategy & Planning – Development of account and territory plans for assigned sales area
Pipeline Development – Development of new cross-sell pipeline in assigned territory through prospecting and collaboration with BDR
Pipeline Development – Use resources in territory to uncover new opportunities for assigned solution line with emphasis on expansion of products
Cross-Sell – Mange full sales opportunity lifecycle including (but not limited to), Deal Qualification, Business Case, Quote, Negotiation and Close
Upsell – Support Solution Led Account Manager as needed with complex upsell cases
What your Primary Accountabilities will be
Meet or exceed quota for assigned territory of existing Adobe Customers
Deliver bookings / revenue across the Content and Workfront Solution Line
Act as solution owner of territory and support solution specific questions from client and internal team
Track, monitor and accurately forecast business across the territory
Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned accounts
Work cross-functionally with other members of team to ensure that customers are aware of full capabilities of Adobe’s solution line and identify other solution cross-sell opportunities
Build and leverage strong partnerships with our network of solution and technology partners
What you need to succeed
Success in selling solution-based SAAS offerings
Effective evaluation of customer needs and ability to gain customer agreement on solution fit for business issues
Pipeline Management and ability to spot early identification of opportunities, issues and impacts
Able to understand and sell solution line as part of the value of the wider Adobe Enterprise products
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to ‘win people over’
