Position Summary
The candidate will be located at Adobe Dublin Office and a member of Global payroll team and part of Adobe’s Controllership team. The candidate will partner with internal stakeholders across in the region and also globally to oversee and deliver excellent services for our employees and business across EMEA.
What You’ll Do
Payroll processing
Process EMEA regional monthly / Ac-hoc payrolls including equity transactions through 3rd party vendor, in an outsource arrangement on timely and a high degree of accuracy.
Ensure payroll is processed according to company policy and country specific global and local statutory requirements with high quality, professional and timely manner.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, Treasury and statutory – tax reporting requests with high quality, professional and timely responses.
Provide day to day operation supports and answer to employee queries within SLA by business.
Maintained proper payroll documentation on each process steps.
Business Improvement & Alignment
Support the development, reporting, and review of metrics to drive performance, identify trends, and develop/implement process improvements, escalating issues and proposed solutions as appropriate.
Assist the supervisor/manager with capturing and responding to escalated issues, policies, and procedures from government agencies, payroll functions, and the operating companies.
Teamwork and Individual Development
Communicate regularly with supervisor/manager, team members, and appropriate stakeholders regarding task or project status and opportunities to improve service levels or processes. Escalate issues as appropriate to ensure quality service levels.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Generally, requires (7+) years with EMEA regional payroll experience
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
Previous experience in Payroll required
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Payroll processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements.
