We’re looking for an innovative and strategic Talent Marketer to help elevate Adobe’s award-winning brand as an employer of choice in the competitive talent market across our EMEA countries. The role will suit somebody who understands the talent acquisition space and is able to grow and evolve our regional employer brand strategy. The ability to work autonomously and utilise data to conceptualize and deliver results-oriented integrated talent marketing programmes to bring the Adobe story to life in region is crucial.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are a creative and analytical problem solver, and a great storyteller. You’ll be part of the global team responsible for helping Adobe scale our talent pipeline by defining our talent attraction strategy and building brand affinity. What you will do:
Regional Employer Brand Strategy
Further develop our regional branding strategy to ensure it’s fit for purpose for our future focused hiring needs across 22 countries in EMEA
Strengthen Adobe’s employer brand by developing and positioning Adobe’s unique employee value proposition to candidates including university, experienced and executive talent.
Grow brand affinity for #AdobeLife and #AdobeForAll in region
Conceptualize, create and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns from top-of-the funnel lead generation campaigns (persona research, online properties, events, advertisements, etc.) to targeted nurture campaigns. This includes leading all aspects of campaigns such as budgets, target audience, channel strategy, content marketing strategy (earned, owned and paid), and measurement.
Create memorable experiences – You will have the creative license to conceptualize and implement employee and candidate activations that drive engagement and support our recruitment needs. You will have the opportunity to create impactful activations for our annual Adobe For All Summit; our cultural moments throughout the year; award recognitions, and more.
Data analysis and insights
Measure and report on key performance indicators from our channels and campaigns in order to make informed decisions about channel spend and content strategy to maximize results.
Provide insights and competitive intelligence to the Talent Acquisition team and recommend tailored marketing campaigns based on market data.
What you need to succeed:
- Proven work experience as a talent marketer or employer branding expert
- Solid understanding of the recruitment process and candidate journey, including experience conducting market and persona research
- Consistent record driving digital marketing strategies, and asset/content creation: such as content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing
- Able to effectively collaborate with functional teams across the company and external partners such as creative agencies
- Strong leadership and consulting abilities
- Passionate about building a diverse and inclusive culture
- Exceptional communication and storytelling/writing skills
- Experience using Adobe’s creative software and Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Acute attention to detail with a high bar for quality
