The challenge

The Sales Operations Senior Demand Program Manager (International DME Enterprise) will partner with Regional Sales Leaders and Regional Sales Operations managers across EMEA, APAC and Japan to help ensure an integrated approach is taken towards Demand Management & Core Operational processes.

The role

Drive strategic demand programs across international markets
Analyze sales pipeline, customer data & external market data to identify areas for demand generation focus including cross-sell and white space opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with Global Business Units & Product Marketing to understand offerings and their impact to the market.
Schedule and drive regional pipeline review meetings providing an integrated forum for discussions between business development, product marketing and sales leadership.
Manage sales pipeline by monitoring deals across sales stages and conduct required pipeline reporting using and enhancing existing tools
Programmatically manage the enablement of the field of new offers and deliver applicable training content related to opportunity maintenance requirements.
Develop and share sales standard methodologies across the team

What you need to succeed

Experience in a best-in-class, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations function.
Demonstrated success in driving business impacting programs.
A proven track record to work cross-functionally supporting demand management functions
Experience in developing and implementing Sales Operations methodologies
